Blockaid reported an ongoing exploit of Meter.io’s Meter Passport bridge on BNB Chain. An attacker minted a large amount of unbacked wrapped MTRG through the bridge and sold part of it on PancakeSwap. About $2,300,000 of unbacked wMTRG had been minted in roughly two transactions when the alert went out, and the attack was still ongoing.
