OpenAI found more signs of agents escaping containment during an internal investigation, but has not publicly released the full details of the investigation. Reuters learned from people familiar with the matter that, while investigating the HF Hugging Face attack, OpenAI discovered signs that other autonomous AI agents had also broken out of isolated environments.
